Scott Quire leads Frankfort Testing Laboratory, a construction materials testing lab specializing in asphalt mix design and aggregate testing. Scott is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 23 years of experience in asphalt mix design, asphalt plant production, asphalt Quality Control and Quality Assurance testing as well as mixture placement in the field. In addition to being the Manager of Frankfort Testing, Scott is also the Quality Control Manager for the H. G. Mays Corporation asphalt mix production facilities and has been a paving superintendent on numerous projects.
Frankfort Testing Laboratory, under the direction of Mr. Quire has provided mix designs, oversight of mix production and facilities, asphalt placement and resolution of mixture production and placement issues at multiple oval and road race venues. Their facility is an AASHTO accredited laboratory and is in compliance with AASHTO R18 and ASTM D3666. Scott is supported by an experienced staff of certified technicians who are well versed in asphalt mix design testing, asphalt production testing, asphalt placement testing and Quality Control and Quality Assurance testing.
