This is the phase of a project where Wilson Sahara Motorsports can work with you to validate/verify the viability of the project, from design and constructability perspective to verification of a sound business plan.

Wilson Sahara Motorsports provides the experience and expertise to take clients through a comprehensive and detailed project feasibility assessment process, including identifying and evaluating potential political issues, providing a project needs assessment, project master planning, conceptual course design and preliminary project budget and schedule development. We can also assist in the preparation of a preliminary operating and management plan, which includes budgets, and a comprehensive project proforma. These services are provided to assist our clients in understanding the specific requirements, challenges and opportunities presented by their project. Information provided during this phase of the project is developed to assist our clients with those critical decisions they face during the early phases of their project.

Wilson Sahara Motorsports provides detailed project site evaluation and analysis, as well as site selection services. We will evaluate proposed sites’ topography for project suitability, obtain preliminary title reports, and represent you in identifying and/or resolving zoning issues, utility availability and assistance with the entitlement process. Additionally, our team will take the lead on your behalf to coordinate Environmental Impact studies, Wetland surveys or studies, Geotechnical/Soils investigation and Evaluation, ALTA Boundary surveys, Topographical surveys, and Noise or Traffic Modeling studies as well as any other evaluations, studies or surveys the project may require.

Our oversight for these activities will be focused on protecting your interests, ensuring that the organization and design of the site best fits the topography and surrounding area to enhance the success of your investment.
