Pre-Construction Services

During this phase of the project, Wilson Sahara can work with you to ensure the information and decisions verified in the Project Development phase are provided into a definable, workable business and constructability plan. Detailed site plans and facility designs are developed and project budgets and schedules, specific to those plans, are provided. Upon completion of this phase of the work, the project will be ready for bidding and construction.

The Wilson Sahara Motorsports group can assist you in the evaluation and selection of your Design/Engineering Team, as well as represent you in directing the programming, engineering and design of the project. Our track design, construction and operations experience will provide a valuable resource to you. Our Track designs may include sanctioning body compliance (if requested), course safety requirements, as well value engineering and constructability reviews.

Project Budgets and Schedules will be developed specifically to the project engineering and design documents. These budgets and schedules will serve as the base line documents for the project. Preliminary track operations and maintenance budgets will be developed to verify the feasibility of the project from a business perspective. Cost Segregation plans can be provided to attain the maximum number of tax benefits.
